Samsung engaged Headstream to maximise the exposure of their fantastic branded content on – a unique website giving behind the scenes access into Chelsea FC.

Headstream delivered a social media optimised campaign to drive traffic to the site, generate sign-ups for competitions and open the brand to conversation amongst all football fans and Chelsea FC supporters.

A full pitch inspection of the social media landscape identified influencers within key social network platforms, forums, blogs and communities.

Using social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook and Twitter, we optimised all available content and distributed it amongst targeted communities and key influencers.

A sophisticated Twitter campaign created fantastic engagement amongst Chelsea fans and highlighted brand advocates for Samsung.

At the same time through broad social media optimisation we achieved the client’s key objective of driving traffic to the site.

As a result social media outperformed paid-for media and increased search engine rankings for Samsung football.
